The exploitation of a range of tertiary educational opportunities is key to maximising the potential of our people whilst also providing direct benefit to the delivery of defence outputs.  Brigadier Caroline’s article brings to life the opportunities that already exist and suggests various areas where both the Corps and wider defence could do more to exploit tertiary education, including enabling more flexible careers, expediting training development and enabling through-life learning.
