Lt Col Dicky Dyer CMILT has been involved in the professionalisation of Royal Signals logistics specialists since 2013. Since its inception, he has worked alongside the Corps HQ Whole Life Development lead, David Barlow, to pioneer and develop the pathway for professional accreditation and membership, with the CILT. Dicky is the Corps’ first Chartered Member of the CILT and he has coached and mentored a significant number of soldiers and officers to similar attainment. Now retired from Regular service, Dicky continues to front up the CILT pathway in his full time Reserve role within HQ DSCIS.
