Dear Readership,
I write to make you aware of the opportunity to write a letter to the Editor of the Journal of the Royal Corps of Signals.
Whilst high quality articles are obviously essential in compiling a professionally credible publication, many of the readership may not have the time to produce one but may want to contribute to the publication. If so, you may have the time to write a letter to the Editor expressing your thoughts on a certain issue of relevance. It is requested that these should focus on matters raised within recent Journals or events (though not exclusively) which should stimulate and maintain professional dialogue.
Examples could include feedback on the Spring Seminar in Stafford on 9 May or further discussion points following an Institution sponsored lecture. All of which could inform the development of events or future article content.
It is recommended that letters be 250 to 350 words in length. Please note that submissions for the Winter edition are requested 15 October 2024 but please don’t feel constrained by that date, correspond whenever you feel the urge!
If you have something to say about the delivery of information services, cyber or telecoms engineering in defence then tell the RSI!
Yours sincerely,
Joe Cooper
Editor and Director Royal Signals Institution
