In April 2024, HQ Royal Signals welcomed Lt Col Naveed Muhammad who arrived to assume the role of Capbadge Apprenticeships Lead (CAL) and oversees the management as well as delivery of Royal Signals apprenticeships, collaborating closely with colleagues across the Corps, at Army HQ and The College Partnership.
